About Tommy

Born during Eisenhower's second term, Tommy is one of those older types still trying to stay fit, and for almost two decades he's been helping others to do the same via Crossfit. A native of Atlanta, GA, where he continues to reside, Tommy attended (and graduated from, as he likes to quickly add) the University of Colorado where he became a lifelong fan of the high country. Extended visits to Breck are now an annual event which in turn affords the opportunity to lend a hand at CFB. Other interests include chess, classical music and bagging another 14er or two each year.
