13+ Teen fitness

This program is designed for teens 13+ and accommodates up to 6 participants. The programming focuses on essential skills such as balance, agility, jumping, and more advanced movements like squats, deadlifts, and presses; utilizing age-appropriate equipment. Workouts are challenging, but always scalable, ensuring that kids of all skill levels feel included and supported.

Beyond fitness, this program builds essential life skills such as discipline, perseverance, and teamwork; creating well rounded individuals who can excel in both sports and everyday life.
