ABOUT KELSEY
Kelsey ripped off the band aid and tried CrossFit in 2018. It seemed so intimidating to try a new sport with no lifting background and minimal knowledge in gymnastics, so it was a lot of build up before she felt confident enough to walk through the doors. After her first class, she was instantly hooked and realized this form of fitness is truly for everybody! No matter where you are on your fitness journey. She quickly saw the benefits of strength and endurance training translate to her hikes, winter activities, and so many other things. After a few years of being a consistent member, she decided to take her L-1 to broaden her knowledge in CrossFit and help break down the walls of CrossFit being an intimidating sport. After 5 years of coaching, she took her L-2 and became even more hooked on the workouts and ideology.
If Kelsey is not in the gym, you can find her biking, snowboarding, or dancing at a rave!
